Fulfillment Policy
Policy regarding refunds, cancellations, and changes to scheduled classes:
Single class purchases are nonrefundable.
Requests for a refund of unused portions of discount packages must be made within 60 days of initial purchase. After 60 days, packages are nonrefundable.
Packages must be used before their expiration. Unused classes which expire cannot be refunded.
For scheduled classes, requests for changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start of class.
No shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of class cannot be refunded.
